You will learn the 3 Key Concepts of the
ComProfiles Model ®:
  • 4 Relational Needs and Motivations that drive those 4 Communication Languages;
  • 2 States of Being: Growth and Survival;
  • 2 Life Positions: Seeker and Provider
You will also receive Your Personal ComProfile, your Perceived and Fundamental Profile after completing an online Questionnaire.
You will apply and experience the 3 Key Concepts through exercises, case studies, role-plays and watching videos you will strengthen your Personal Leadership Skills and know concrete ways to continuously develop them.
